359th Medical Group
Mission: The 359th Medical Group reports to the 59th Medical Wing at Wilford Hall Medical Center and provides comprehensive medical and dental care, physiological training, disaster response, health promotion and occupational public health support to Randolph AFB units and a beneficiary population of more than 48,000. The 359th Medical group is comprised of four squadrons: the 359th Medical Operations Squadron, 359th Medical Support Squadron, 359th Aerospace-Medicine Squadron, and the 359th Dental Squadron.

359th Dental Squadron
Mission: The 359th Dental Squadron provides comprehensive dental care and dental health promotion to the 12th Flying Training Wing, HQ Air Education and Training Command, 19th Air Force, the Air Force Personnel Center; and nearly 30 associate units to ensure Team Randolph's active duty personnel are dentally ready for global deployment.

359th Aerospace-Medicine Squadron
Mission: The 359th Aerospace-Medicine Squadron provides medical care for flight crew members, air traffic controllers and their families. In addition, the squadron provides training to ensure flyers are well adapted to the physiological stresses of the flying environment. Health promotion is a primary aspect of the Health and Wellness and Public Health Flights, while the Bioenvironmental Engineering Flight provides workplace protection measures to all of Randolph Air Force Base.

359th Medical Operations Squadron
Mission: The 359th Medical Operations Squadron ensures full spectrum clinical care from pediatric to adult patients for a population of over 21,000 beneficiaries. In addition, the squadron provides treatment, disease management, diagnostic services, physical examinations, Preventive Health Assessments and immunization readiness for over 4,800 warfighters assigned to the 12th FTW, AETC, 19th AF, AFPC and nearly 30 mission partners.

359th Medical Support Squadron
Mission: The 359th Medical Support Squadron provides laboratory, pharmacy, radiology services, resource management, TRICARE operations and Patient Administration, medical records, medical logistics and unit personnel services in support of the medical group and beneficiary population.
